Information Applicable to Reserve Study Proposal Requests ONLY


The Following Questions are for Reserve Study Proposal Requests ONLY!!!!

All of the following information is required in order to accurately prepare a Reserve Study proposal.

1) If the building type is a condominium (i.e. common area interior space), then what is the number of buildings that vary in size (i.e. the number of buildings that have different element quantities such as roofing, facade, etc...)? 

2) If the building type is a townhouse (i.e. private entrances with no interior common areas space), then what is the number of units that vary in size (i.e. the number of units that have different element quantities such as roofing, facade, etc...)? 

3) Is a site map available?
    a) If yes, what date was it faxed to our office?

4) Was a reserve study previously performed?
If a reserve study has been previously performed and is available, we request that a complete copy of the study be submitted either by mail or fax to our office.  A reduction in our fee will be assessed based on the documentation of the element quantities.
    a) Was the previous reserve study submitted?
    b) If yes, what date was it mailed to our office?

5) Has a reserve study been budgeted for? 

6) Why is a reserve study being considered now (brief description)?
 


7) When do you anticipate hiring a Consultant?
